How We Care for Our Elderly Families Members

Send us a Text Message.

Today’s Show Topic: COVID-19 has had a huge impact on how we care for the elderly.   COVID-19 poses a risk not only to the health of older adults who contract the disease but also to those without the health care resources and social structures that contribute to overall wellness. Older adults are more likely to have dire outcomes from the virus. It can also be a challenge to prevent older people from being exposed to the virus because they may not be fully independent.

This pandemic has really highlighted a much bigger often forgotten segment of society, the Elderly.  In the podcast today my guest will be Mrs. Toni Larson who works with Perry Homes. We will discuss their Eldercare program.
