A Conversation About Race and the Church

Send us a Text Message.

Our topic today is race and the church.  The events surrounding the death of George Floyd has plunged the country into intense discussions of race relations in America.  The focus has mostly been on black Americans and how should the church respond.  I think the problems of race relations are deeper than black vs white America.  And I think the church has deeper issues regarding race than they want to address as well.  My guest today will help us look at the question, “Does the church have a race problem?” I have four awesome guests on this podcast Megan Popp, Revs. Tim Bayer and Lincon Guerra and his lovely bride Deaconess Noemi.

They will share their personal stories and give the church some concrete ways to address the issue of race.  You will not want to miss this discussion.
