He is a facilitator for the coalition against Death Alley that focuses on mitigating the effects of climate change and ending the poisoning of predominantly African American communities in cancer alley in Louisiana. Pastor Manning also the co-moderator for justice and beyond that Four-point platform to address systemic racism within our health system, the criminal justice system, education system, and economic development of people of color. He is also the pastor of Broadmoor Community church in New Orleans Louisiana.
