Is the justice system equal and fair?  We see signs that maybe the system is broken.  My guest attorney Phil Telfyan shares his insights.  Phil is an expert in the criminal justice field.  As an attorney and nonprofit founding Executive Director, he has knowledge of critical issues such as inequality in the justice system, wealth-based inequality, racial inequality, bail reform, social justice, and more. Phil has years of experience being interviewed for podcasts, television shows, and internet blogs.
